Headache + Gastric + Tired

Now suffering life with exams. Semster test is coming soon but my health seems getting worse.
I am now suffering with headache, gastric and tiredness.
Hope will get well soon, prepare my exams well and get a good result.
Hais. Wish myself good luck. That's what I can do for myself.
Take care of myself? Dont even know how. What to do? I dunno.
